Madura fashion & lifestyle, owners of the labels Allen Solly, Van Heusen, Louis Phillipe, Peter England and People, was setting up a social media command centre within its premises. A first of its kind in the region.
Step one was to clearly define the scope and the possibilities of this command centre. Therefore, the manifesto. Written by yours truly.
The next step was to familiarise internal stakeholders and brand custodians with the various aspects of this command centre, and how they could use it to build equity for their brands.
For that, we resorted to an emailer campaign.
