Corteva Agriscience wanted to design an end-to-end Customer Engagement Program targeted at Indian rice farmers, the end objectives being: i.) increasing the usage of Pexalon (crop protection solution) ii.) knowledge-sharing across various phases of the crop growing cycle iii.) creating an engaged community of farmers
